Advantages

Coating Options

  • PMMA (PLEXIGLAS®), MAKROLON®, polystyrene, ABS and PVC can be coated problem free.

 

  • Adhesion to polyamide, polypropylene and polyethylene substrates is only obtained in combination with before applied adhesion promoters.

 

  • DEGALAN® LP 51/03 and DEGALAN® M 920 can be employed for PVC. 

 

  •  DEGALAN® M 345, DEGALAN® M 825 and DEGALAN®  LP 66/02 are suitable for plastics coatings that are resistant to grease and gasoline. DEGALAN® M 890 shows excellent properties in this context.

 

  • The hardness and flexibility of the coatings can be adjusted by combining them with DEGALAN® MB 319.

 

  • DEGALAN® LP 50/02 and DEGALAN® M 825 are suitable for standard applications.


 

Our products DEGALAN® M 345, DEGALAN® LP 66/02 and DEGALAN® are recommended for coating the outer surface of audio equipment housings, but also other plastics items such as children's toys.
